Account Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for signing up for, using, and deleting the shared account (the "Account") used across the products operated by Lulu Labs (the "Operator"). Each product's own terms govern how that product is used.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Definitions

  • "Account" means the shared account that lets you sign in to the Operator's products with the same email address and password (or linked Google account) after signing up once.
  • "Product" means an individual service the Operator offers through Account sign-in, such as DIBP.
  • "User" means a person who has agreed to these terms and created an Account.

2. Posting and changes

The Operator posts these terms in each Product. The Operator may change them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes are announced in the Products at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users, and continued use of the Account after a change requires agreeing again. Users who do not agree may request deletion of their Account.

3. Signing up and using Products

  • You must be at least 14 years old to sign up.
  • Sign up with your own email address or Google account. Do not use another person's information.
  • Each Product you use with the Account asks separately for agreement to its own terms and personal information processing. Some Products require the Operator's approval before use.

4. Managing the Account

  • You are responsible for your Account and password. If you learn that your Account has been compromised, change your password immediately and notify the Operator.
  • A password change applies to every Product you sign in to with the Account.

5. Leaving a Product and deleting the Account

  • You can leave a Product in its settings. Leaving removes only that Product's data and consent records; the Account and other Products' data remain.
  • To delete the Account itself, email datasynalyst@gmail.com. Please leave the Products you use first; if Product data remains, the Operator will ask you to leave those Products before deleting the Account.
  • The Operator deletes the Account without delay after confirming your identity. Once it is deleted, you can no longer sign in to any Product with it.

6. Restrictions

  • If a User violates applicable law or these terms, or uses another person's Account without permission, the Operator may restrict use of the Account with prior notice, or with notice afterward in urgent cases.

7. Limitation of liability

  • The Operator is not liable when it cannot provide the Account due to natural disasters or similar force majeure.
  • Unless the Operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, it is not liable for damages arising from use of the free Account.

8. Disputes

These terms and use of the Account are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Send questions to datasynalyst@gmail.com.
