DIBP Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the DIBP service provided by Lulu Labs (the "Operator"), and the rights and obligations of the Operator and users.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Definitions

  • "Service" means the DIBP web service for capturing, clarifying, executing, and reviewing tasks, projects, and schedules.
  • "User" means a person who signs in with a shared account, agrees to these terms, and is approved by the Operator.
  • "Content" means the work records a user enters into the Service, such as tasks, projects, schedules, and notes.
  • "Shared account" means the account used across the Operator's products; signing up and managing it are governed by the Account Terms of Service.

2. Posting and changes

The Operator posts these terms in the Service. The Operator may change them to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes are announced in the Service at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days for changes unfavorable to users, and continued use after a change requires agreeing again. Users who do not agree may stop using the Service and leave DIBP.

3. Access requests and approval

  • DIBP is used with a shared account. The minimum age, account and password management, and account deletion follow the Account Terms of Service.
  • Signing in with a shared account and agreeing to these terms and to the collection and use of personal information in DIBP counts as a request for access.
  • The Operator reviews requests and approves access. Until approved, you cannot use DIBP's work screens, and the Operator may delay approval depending on operating conditions.

4. Providing and changing the Service

  • The Service is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their terms will be announced in advance and require separate agreement.
  • The Operator may change the Service and will announce changes that significantly affect its use in advance.
  • The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, outages, or issues at service providers. Planned suspensions are announced in advance.

5. User obligations

Users must not:

  • Violate applicable law or these terms
  • Disrupt the Service, for example by sending abnormally many requests or bypassing security measures
  • Use another person's account or access another person's Content without permission

6. Content

  • You keep the rights to your Content.
  • The Operator processes Content only as needed to provide the Service, such as storing, displaying, and backing it up. Except as required by law, the Operator does not view Content or use it for other purposes.
  • We recommend keeping your own copy of important records.

7. Leaving DIBP and restrictions

  • You can leave DIBP at any time in Settings. Leaving immediately removes your DIBP Content and DIBP consent records, and they cannot be recovered. Your shared account remains.
  • If a user violates section 5, the Operator may restrict their use of the Service with prior notice, or with notice afterward in urgent cases.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The Operator is not liable when it cannot provide the Service due to natural disasters or similar force majeure.
  • The Operator is not liable for disruptions caused by the user.
  • Unless the Operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, it is not liable for damages arising from use of the free Service.

9. Disputes

These terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Send questions to datasynalyst@gmail.com.
